Full Professor at the Faculty of Law – AV¶ÌÊÓÆµ of Neuchâtel Deputy CEO of SUISA
Vincent Salvadé studied law at the AV¶ÌÊÓÆµ of Lausanne. After writing a doctoral thesis in civil procedure (1995), he devoted himself to copyright law within the SUISA (coopérative des auteurs et éditeurs de musique). He has been a member of the Executive Board ("deputy CEO") since 2010, in charge of the "Regulations" department. In this capacity, he is in charge of negotiating copyright tariffs, defining the rules for the distribution of royalties to right holders, as well as proceedings before the federal authorities in these two areas.
Vincent Salvadé is also professor at the AV¶ÌÊÓÆµ of Neuchâtel, where he teaches a course entitled "Domain Names, Copyright and the Internet".
