Associate professor in Law at the AV¶ÌÊÓÆµ of Grenoble-Alpes
Dr Amélie FAVREAU is an associate professor in Digital Law and Intellectual property Law at the Center of Law Resaerch (CRJ), AV¶ÌÊÓÆµ Grenoble-Alpes. She is the Deputy Director of the Research Federation INNOVACS (FR3391, CNRS, UGA, GInp). Her research focuses on the regulation of emerging technologies (IA, Blockchain and Quantum) and its interaction with IP rights.
She has published extensively on internet e-reputation, Blockchain technology and on IP right in the healthcare field. She is the lead researcher of international project of research on smart contracts (UK-France) and in the programme of CNRS @Create, DesCartes AI –Based Decision making in Critical Urban Systems (Singapore).
She organises and contributes to national and international conferences and seminars. She is in charge of working groups or drafting studies (, AFNOR working Groups on and on ).
