Un nouveau projet 4EU+ avec l’±«²Ô¾±±¹±ð°ù²õ¾±³Ùé de Genève sur les « bacs à sable réglementaires » (regulatory sandboxes)

Dans le cadre de l', un financement a été octroyé pour un projet de recherche sur les « bacs à sable réglementaires » (« regulatory sandboxes »), initié par l'±«²Ô¾±±¹±ð°ù²õ¾±³Ùé Charles de Prague et rassemblant les ¹ó²¹³¦³Ü±ô³Ùé²õ de droit des universités de Copenhague, Milan et de Genève. Jacques de Werra, professeur ordinaire en droit des obligations et en droit de la propriété intellectuelle et Directeur du , et Alexandre Flückiger, professeur ordinaire, Directeur du Département de droit public et membre du Centre d'étude, de technique et d'évaluation législatives, représentent l'UNIGE dans ce projet.

L'équipe de recherche a pour objectif d'analyser la thématique très actuelle des « bacs à sable réglementaires », qui sont des cadres juridiques exploratoires établis afin de soutenir le développement et l'utilisation de certaines technologies innovantes et émergentes.

Afin de discuter des problématiques pratiques et théoriques concernant ce phénomène juridique, un workshop hybride sera organisé à Prague en octobre 2023. Ce projet offre également l'occasion de développer des liens durables avec les nouveaux partenaires 4EU+ de l'UNIGE.

ÌýA new 4EU+ project with the AV¶ÌÊÓƵ on "regulatory sandboxes"

In the framework of the 4EU+ Alliance, funding has been granted for a project on "regulatory
sandboxes", initiated by Charles AV¶ÌÊÓƵ of Prague and bringing together the Law Faculties of the universities of Copenhagen, Milan, and Geneva. Jacques de Werra, full professor of law of obligations and of intellectual property law, and Director of the Digital Law Center, and Alexandre Flückiger, full professor, Director of the Department of Public Law and member of the Center for Legislative Studies and Evaluation, represent the AV¶ÌÊÓƵ in this project.

The research team aims to analyse the highly contemporary topic of "regulatory sandboxes", which are exploratory legal frameworks established to support the development and use of certain innovative and emerging technologies.

A hybrid workshop will be organised in Prague in October 2023 to discuss practical and theoretical issues concerning this phenomenon. This project is also an opportunity to build long-lasting cooperation with UNIGE's new 4EU+ partners.
