On Monday Sept 23rd 2019, the PHYM department went to the encounter of the Swiss Jura mountains and their secrets.

After a delicious croissant, a car took everybody to the undergrounds mills of Col des Roches. Dark, humidity and history 鈥� a perfect mixture to go back in time and imagine the millers working and grinding the grain. 听 |

At noon, all participants went to a typical restaurant 鈥淐hez Bichon鈥� where they degusted a Swiss fondue served in a bread with bacon or other good dishes. Free discussions and degustations have been really appreciated. |
| Before heading back on the road, a walk allowed to digest and discover the beauty of Lac des Taill猫res. | 听 |
