Aug 25 2022: PhD defence of Mrs Val茅rie Olivier
On the 25th of August 2022, Mrs Val茅rie Olivier successfully defended her PhD thesis entitled . Her thesis was conducted under the direction of Prof. Eric Feraille from the Department of Cell physiology and metabolism.
Kidney is the primary route in which the body eliminates wastes and maintains the stability of body water, salt and minerals. The PhD thesis of Val茅rie Olivier aimed to investigate the role of potassium on kidney metabolism in order to open new therapeutic avenues for kidney diseases.
