Camille Escadafal has joined the Geneva Center for Emerging Viral Diseases, on December 1st, 2024.

Camille will work on the development, validation, and implementation of diagnostics for viral diseases, e.g., mpox, avian influenza, and COVID-19.

She worked at FIND (Geneva) for the past 7 years and previously at the Institut Pasteur of Paris, the Robert Koch Institute (Berlin), where she passed her PhD in virology, and at the Institut Pasteur of Dakar, with her main expertise being in arbovirus diagnostics.
