AV¶ÌÊÓƵ

Sandrine Zufferey obtained her PhD in linguistics under the supervision of Professor Jacques Moeschler in 2007. She then spent a further four years in Geneva developing her teaching skills as a lecturer in the Department of Linguistics. In 2012, she began a series of postdoctoral research stays on Swiss and European grants, first in Louvain-la-Neuve in Belgium and then in Utrecht in the Netherlands. She returned to Switzerland in 2014 after obtaining an Ambizione grant from the Fonds National de la Recherche, which enabled her to collaborate with the Department of English at the AV¶ÌÊÓƵ of Fribourg. In 2016, she joined the AV¶ÌÊÓƵ of Bern as a full professor of French linguistics.
