Learn about the deadlines to be observed

The Committee for the Evaluation of Accommodations for Special Needs meets only four times a year, so it is important to submit your accommodation request within the deadlines.

You will receive the Commission's final decision approximately 1 month after the deadline for submitting your request.

 

Deadlines for the 2023/2024 academic year

For the Autumn semester exams, you must submit your request:

  • Before September 1 , 2024 for evaluation by the September 2024 Commission
  • Before October 13, 2024 for evaluation by the November 2024 Commission

For the Spring semester exams, you must submit your request:

  • Submit your request before January 19, 2025 for evaluation by the February 2025 Commission
  • Submit your request before March 23, 2025 for evaluation by the April 2025 Commission*

*The CEBP will not evaluate the files of students from the Faculty of Medicine; these students must therefore submit their request by January at the latest.
