Diversity on the boards of non-profit foundations in Switzerland

This project looks at diversity – in its broadest sense – within the governing bodies of Swiss charitable foundations. To start with, the researchers launched a survey based on a questionnaire that collected data from 107 foundations, representing 720 board members in all parts of Switzerland.
