Synapsy Progress Report – Sleep 2

The "Synapsy Centre Progress Reports” is an opportunity for two research groups (clinical and pre-clinical) of the Centre to present their research on a given topic. One or two person(s) per group will present their current work with the goal of fostering interactions between Centre groups. All meetings are open to all within the Centre and you are strongly encouraged to participate.

 

The topic will be “Sleep” and will feature members from the group of Christoph Nissen.

 

The program will be as follows:

  • Dr. Kristoffer Fehér, A nap can recalibrate homeostatic and associative synaptic plasticity in the human cortex
  • Pauline Henckaerts, PhD candidate, Auditory closed-loop modulation of slow wave sleep to treat major depressive disorder
  • Carlotta Schneider, PhD candidate, Sleep-wake perception in patients with insomnia disorder

 

As per usual, it will be followed by an apéro.
