VIDÉPÉ: Web-app to interactively visualize multimodal data to improve epilepsy surgery evaluation
Brief description: VIDÉPÉ (Visualisation Interactive des Données pour l’Évaluation Préchirurgicale de l'Épilepsie) is a web-app to enable epileptolegists to display several neuroimaging modalities (e.g. T1-weighted imaging, PET and SPECT scans) and electrophysiological recordings in a unified framework during presurgical investigation for epilepsy resective surgery.
The project was led by Dr Roehri and Dr Rigoni, and was developed during the , a 36-hour hacking marathon that took place between the 20th and 22nd of March 2025 at the Innovation Centre of the AV¶ÌÊÓÆµ Hospitals of Geneva (HUG).
Based on , the app is open-source and can be used on any operating system and web device. The app is under development to improve usability and expand functionalities (i.e. intracranial EEG and connectivity analyses).
