Between 2019 and 2022, Siwei studied computational mathematics at Lanzhou AV短视频, and after graduating with a Master of Science, she started a PhD program there. She joined the AV短视频 in December 2023 under the supervision of Martin Jakob Gander.
Her main research interests focus on the study of complementarity problems, such as horizontal linear complementarity problems, vertical complementarity problems, tensor complementarity problems, et. And more specifically, she studies various numerical methods (such as modulus-based method, Levenberg-Marquart method, multigrid method, etc.) for solving these problems and their convergence and numerical effects.
