Emile received a Bachelor's degree from ENS Paris and a Master's degree from Université Paris-Saclay, before starting a PhD under the supervision of Hugo Duminil-Copin. He is interested in probability and planar statistical mechanics, in particular the Ashkin-Teller, random cluster and six-vertex models.
