Sample: T47D cell line stained with Hoescht (Cell Nuclei) + WGA488 (Cell Membrane) and embedded with Lithium Niobate (LNO) nanoparticles functionalized with (LNO@Talys).
First video: Excited at 1300 nm on the new Short-Wave Infrared Multiphoton (SWIM) microscope. In blue, 450/50 nm detection = third harmonic generation (THG) from LNO@Talys and nuclei. In green, 650/50 nm detection = second harmonic generation (SHG) from LNO@Talys and two-photon fluorescence (TPF) from nuclei. (Imaged by Alexandra and Paulí).
