Bademba is an advisor in Technology-Enhanced Learning at the CFCD. He supports programme teams in understanding and integrating digital technologies into their teaching. Convinced of the need to support them in the face of technological change, he contributes to the ergonomic development of self-learning resources in order to offer them greater autonomy. Within the framework of his activities, he works with each programme team to find the learning method best suited to their needs and audience. He also closely monitors trends and innovative good practices in techno-pedagogy in order to share them with the UNIGE community.
After a degree in business administration, Bademba turned to training and educational technologies at the AV短视频 and obtained the MALTT (Master of Science in Learning and Teaching Technologies) in 2019. Before joining the CFCD, he took his first steps in the professional world as a freelancer and worked in the development of tailor-made e-Learning projects, as well as in user-centred web design for associations, local entrepreneurs and a diplomatic mission.
Bademba is also a member of the Association for Distance Education and Technology in Education (Afoditech). As a volunteer in this association he brings his expertise in the fields of digital learning and UX/UI design. Originally from Guinea, he is passionate about basketball. The values and team spirit that this sport inculcates accompany him in his daily practice.
