Nicolas Piron obtained his Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Philosophy from the AV¶ÌÊÓÆµ of Lausanne in 2022.
He is now doing an interdisciplinary Master's degree in neuroscience at the AV¶ÌÊÓÆµ, where he is working on the role of the thalamus in visual attention mechanisms at the Laboratory for Behavioral Neurology and Imaging of Cognition (PI: Patrik Vuilleumier, Sup Carole Guedj).
From September 2023, he assisted Nicolas Burra with the Lab work "Electrophysiology in Cognitive Psychology". At the same time, he took the position of Lab Manager at the Behavioral Philantropy Lab (PI: Giuseppe Ugazio).
After the Master's, Nicolas would like to do a PhD in computational and theoretical neuroscience.
