Nominations by Partner Institutions
- Until April 15 (for exchanges during the autumn semester or full academic year)
- Until October 15 (for exchanges during the spring semester)
Please use only the link provided in ourFactsheet (NB: this link is different every year).
Online Registration
- Until the first of May (for exchanges during the autumn semester or full academic year)
- Until the first of November (for exchanges during the spring semester)
Once they have been nominated, students will receive a personal email from the Academic Exchange Office with a login code and link to register online for their exchange.听
