Master in physics of complex systems

Motivated by last year's Nobel Prize, the Section of Physics is introducing a new master's degree focusing on complex systems and chaos.

Some of these courses were already given as part of the previous "Applied Physics" Master's degree. A limited number of compulsory courses, with the Phase transitions and Principles of Pattern Formation courses in autumn and the Nonlinear Systems and Introduction to the Physics of Biology courses in spring, which will be supplemented by Laboratory IV, will allow a wider choice of optional courses.
