portail.unige.ch allows you to :
• register to your courses and exams during the registration period (see important dates)
• check your unige email account (please check it regularly as important information is sent to you on this email. This is the only official channel of information from the university; not consulting it is your sole responsibility, and the university will not be held responsible for any e-mails not consulted),
• consult the list of your courses,
• access your exam timetable. (a few days before the exam withdrawals).
• follow AV¶ÌÊÓÆµ news,
• view and modify your personal data,
• access your UNIGE applications quickly.

Your online grade transcript is updated only during and at the end of the exam session.

If you have obtained a grade outside the examination period or if a teacher has submitted a grade late, this grade will not be visible on your online transcript as it is not automatically updated.

If you need an official copy of your grade transcript, please send your request by email to the student office indicating your full name and student number.

Indeed the average grades may not appear online, as a data processing is necessary.

The average grades and ECTS credits will appear on the portal 2-3 weeks after the end of the exam session. You will receive a notification email from the student office when your grade transcript is updated.

If you need an official copy of your grade transcript, please send your request by email to the student office indicating your full name and student number.
