ACCESS Geneva is a facility specialized in automated microscopy, high-content screening (HCS), high-throughput screening (HTS) and FACS cell sorting
The platform provides infrastructure and know-how to deliver projects from Swiss academia or industry. It offers a fully automated station with state-of-the-art equipment, technology and methodology. The technologies and services offered include: personal support for assay development and experimental design, procedure using dedicated robotic tools, while all aspects around data acquisition, storage, image and data analysis are supported with a fully integrated data management system.

Genomics Platform

The Genomics Platform of iGE3 and the AV¶ÌÊÓƵ provides consulting and access to the state-of-the-art methods in genomic technologies. These technologies enable whole genomes, exomes, transcriptomes as well as more targeted sequencing. SNP analysis (Genome-Wide Association Studies), cytogenetics,DNA copy number profiling and DNA methylation is also proposed.
