ACCESS Geneva

ACCESS Geneva is a facility specialized in automated microscopy, high-content screening (HCS), high-throughput screening (HTS) and FACS cell sorting
The platform provides infrastructure and know-how to deliver projects from Swiss academia or industry. It offers a fully automated station with state-of-the-art equipment, technology and methodology. The technologies and services offered include: personal support for assay development and experimental design, procedure using dedicated robotic tools, while all aspects around data acquisition, storage, image and data analysis are supported with a fully integrated data management system.

Genomics Platform

The Genomics Platform of iGE3 and the AV¶ÌÊÓÆµ provides consulting and access to the state-of-the-art methods in genomic technologies. These technologies enable whole genomes, exomes, transcriptomes as well as more targeted sequencing. SNP analysis (Genome-Wide Association Studies), cytogenetics,DNA copy number profiling and DNA methylation is also proposed.

Chemical Biology Mass Spectrometry (ChemBioMS) Platform for Proteomics and Small Molecules

CHEMBIOMS is a platform dedicated to provide state-of-the-art mass spectrometry for proteomics and analysis of small molecules. The platform offers scientists with pre-study consultation to advise the best proteomics strategy and supports scientific projects from experimental design, data acquisition, bioinformatics analysis and data presentation, to guidance on follow-up studies and publication

The Research group in Applied Mathematics offers the research consulting platform CAMAS in areas of applied mathematics such as optimization, statistics, probability, numerical analysis and scientific computing. Our service is open to scientists not only from the AV¶ÌÊÓÆµ, but also from companies with challenging mathematical and statistical problems.
