I am a Ph.D. Candidate in Political Science. I specialize in international political economy and study foreign aid and development finance more broadly. I have also an interest in international organizations. In my dissertation, I explore the provision and effectiveness of official finance in support of private sector development in the Global South.
Previously, I graduated from Sciences Po Paris, where I received a M.A. in Political Science. I have been a PhD intern and consultant for the OECD Development Co-operation Directorate.
