Report by Katrien Maes. Followed by Q/A and discussion
Report by Tomas Brage about the Lund Gender conference (4-5 October 2016)
10.00 am Unconscious bias project
Short introductions by Katrien Maes (Paper), Jadranka Gvozdanovic (Definitions) and Dorothy Griffith form Imperial College (good practice) Brigitte Mantilleri (Modus vivendi).
- 10.30 Discussion in 4 subgroups
Important topics: How to involve leadership; how to integrate bias in gender action plans; how to make central power and local faculties work together on gender bias; the question of gender bias in selection procedures. At least two concrete proposals from each group for the report.

1.30 pm Presentation of GAP from LERU universities
Kathlijn Malfilet from Leuven and Brigitte Mantilleri from Geneva: exchange of good practices.
