Brève biographie

Sebastian Raischis Professor of Strategic Management and Director of the Executive MBA at GSEM, AVƵ. His research focuses on how large firms cope with the tensions between stability and change in their corporate development.He has worked and published on topics such as corporate growth and decline, corporate turnaround, organizational ambidexterity, organizational paradox, and strategic change. Currently, he is very much interested in the “digital revolution” and how it affects organizations as well as our lives.

Sebastian's work has beenpublished in journals such as theAcademy of Management Journal, Organization Science, Journal ofManagement, Journal of Management Studies, SloanManagement Review, and Harvard Business Review. In recent years, hereceived several academic awards for his contributions to the ambidexterityliterature including the Strategic Management Society’s Best PhD PaperAward, the Emerald Publishing Group’s Citation of Excellence Award, andthe Journal of Management’s Scholarly Impact Award.Sebastian serves on the Editorial Boards of the Academy of Management Journal, the Journal of Management Studies and the Strategic Management Journal.
