Short bio

Marie-Noëlle Zen-Ruffinen is Professor of Corporate Law and Competition Law and attorney-at-law, Of Counsel at the business law firm Tavernier Tschanz in Geneva. She holds a Master and a Ph.D. in Law as well as a Master of Arts (Philosophy, Ethics)from the AV¶ÌÊÓƵ of Fribourg, Switzerland.

Marie-Noëlle Zen-Ruffinen is Chairman of the Foundation Swiss Board Institute (), member of the Board of Management of the Association Swiss Institute of Directors () and member of the Board of Directors of the Bâloise Group ().
