GAME on!
The Geneva School of Economics and Management has several societies offering students an opportunity to enrich their university experience. One such association is the Geneva Academics in Management and Economics (GAME).
GAME provides a platform to connect candidates from the GSEM's doctoral programs, no matter the institute or seniority. Through social and scientific networking opportunities, members can benefit from interdisciplinary exchanges and relationships between the School's different research institutes. This framework allows for the promotion of disciplinary openness and excellence in research through fostering collaboration and creating a community based on mutual support.
To achieve this, the student association supports the organization of events of interest to its community and hosts informal gatherings to enrich the experiences of the community such as monthly breakfasts,听weekly lunch meetings, and sporting events where Ph.D. students can discuss current issues, share ideas, and connect socially.
In 2023, they plan to organize workshops and roundtables for members on relevant topics such as public speaking, pitching, networking, and conference protocol.
