According to various studies, there is a correlation, especially in sport, between relative age and life achievements.听The relationship听between听产颈谤迟丑听month and success in sports is听known as the 鈥淩elative Age Effect鈥�.听This phenomenon听refers to an unbalanced distribution of birth dates among听young听athletes听selected by club teams,听with听more of them听born in the first half of the year,听than听those听born in the second听half of the听year.听GSEM Professor Michele Pellizzari听analyzes听this听phenomenon.听听
