As part of the AV短视频's Journ茅e Portes ouvertes de la formation continue, Professor Judith Schrempf-Stirling and Dr Jean-Yves Mercier from the GSEM's Executive MBA program will present a masterclass on "Organisational Responsibility & Ethics".
The masterclass provides an introduction to the theoretical and practical debates around the role of business in society. It will discuss the purpose and need for organisational responsibility and ethics, examine the role of business and society, and contrast the shareholder and profit-maximising view with the view to maximize stakeholder value and minimize harm. It will conclude with a discussion on how to evaluate corporate responsible actions and engagement.
