Alice Guilbert is a doctoral researcher and assistant at the Institute of Environmental Sciences (ISE). She did a Bachelor in Political Science at the AV短视频 of Lausanne (UNIL) with an exchange at the AV短视频 of Amsterdam (UvA). She then completed a dual Master's degree in Innovation, Human Development and Sustainability at the AV短视频 (UNIGE) and in Public Policies for the Sustainable Development Goals at Tsinghua AV短视频 in Beijing, at the end of which she received the best thesis award. In addition to her PhD, Alice gives science and sustainability workshops to young people within the AddictLab structure. 听 |

Research
Her thesis at the Environmental Governance and Territorial Development pole is co-supervised by Marlyne Sahakian and Armelle Choplin, on the subject of urban heat and environmental inequalities. Her doctoral research seeks to understand the socially differentiated impacts of global warming and urban heat islands within the city of Geneva, and takes into account cooling social practices and housing quality.
