Laying the foundations for research collaboration in the Caucasus
Prof. J枚rg Balsiger, Director of the Institute / Hub for Environmental Governance and Territorial Development, has recently portrayed its project entitled "Supporting Sustainable Mountain Development in the Caucasus" within the EU Research Winter 2017 Magazine.
"This project aims to identify priority areas of research, to summarise the state of knowledge in the Caucasus. This would then become a tool to be used by scientists, to demonstrate to both potential funders and scientists elsewhere that they have a regional vision, that they do talk to each other", said Prof. Balsiger.
