Alberto Boaron and Davide Rusca receive the GMP Photonics prize

The GMP Photonics second prize was awarded by General Microtechnology & Photonics (GMP) to Alberto Boaron and Davide Rusca for their experimental and theoretical work on quantum key distribution, under the direction of Prof. Hugo Zbinden.

Intended to encourage and motivate young scientists to carry out or continue research in technologies such as photonics and microtechnology, the GMP Photonics prize was awarded for the 5th time, in celebration of the 40th anniversary of the company.
