While critically reviewing current theories and practices of humanitarian leadership and people management, this Short Course aims to ascertain the leadership capacities of participants and situate their preferred management style.

Admission criteria
- AV¶ÌÊÓÆµ qualification (bachelor’s degree or equivalent)
- At least three years of relevant professional experience
- Excellent command of English
- Motivation working in the humanitarian sector
