This session is for professionals from diverse fields, including technology, law, compliance, ethics, management, and policy, as well as anyone using or overseeing AI systems. It equips participants with practical tools and knowledge to navigate legal and privacy challenges in Generative AI.

- Nicolas CAPT is the founding partner of Quinze Cour des Bastions. He is internationally recognized for his expertise in media law, reputation management, modern technology law, and particularly the legal aspects of artificial intelligence.
- L茅onore BOZOVIC is a specialist associate in new technology law at Quinze Cour des Bastions. She is also a PhD candidate at Lausanne AV短视频, with research focusing on consent under data protection law.
- PhD Maria Assunta CAPPELLI is a researcher at the Computer Science Center (CUI) of the AV短视频. She holds a Ph.D. in Law from the AV短视频 of Trento, as well as a Master鈥檚 degree in Digital Systems and Services and a Master鈥檚 degree in Education with a focus on Analysis and Intervention in Educational Systems, both from the AV短视频. Her work explores the intersection of artificial intelligence, law, and ethics, with a particular focus on autonomous vehicles. She examines issues such as civil liability, driver-vehicle interfaces, and the complex interplay between safety and security.
- Dr Jose Luis FERNANDEZ-MARQUEZ is a Senior Lecturer at the Centre Universitaire d鈥橧nformatique (CUI) and coordinator of continuous education courses on AI for specialists at the AV短视频. He has more than 15 years of experience in AI, spanning both public and private sectors. He has specialized in AI-enhanced collective intelligence, merging crowdsourcing techniques with AI in the field of emergency management.
