Let鈥檚 get carried away by the new and singular improvisations created from musical archives, including those of the Montreux Jazz Festival.
The technical challenges related to the live interaction of musicians with music archives, the originality and emotional impact of these artistic "co-creations", and the issues related to the use of artificial intelligence will then be presented and discussed within the Living Archive Research Group including G茅rard Assayag (Director of Research, IRCAM, France), Dr. Alain Dufaux (EPFL), Prof. Christophe Fellay and Dr. Alain Renaud (EDHEA, Valais), Prof. Didier Grandjean (UNIGE).
