Personal informaTION

After having completed my PhD on emotional intelligence and musical emotions in Trier, Germany, I turned to researching emotional competences in the hospitality and tourism industry. I am now dedicating my time to understanding and assessing emotional intelligence in work-related contexts, as well as advising and counselling on the topics of emotions and emotional intelligence at work. Pet projects of mine include examining music listening for emotion regulation, emotions in online communication, and emotions in the context of sustainability.
