Closure of Battelle / CUI

We inform you that the Building D on Battelle site will be closed from June 18 to August 7 included, as part of the move of Uni Bastions collections to the renovated Espace Jura.

During this period, the CUI collections will be accessible upon appointment and only during the days the librarians will be present.

[Total closure from July, 11 to July 31]

Regarding the return of borrowed documents:

• The deadline for returning documents will be extended until the Building D re-opening date, on August, 8. This date falling during holidays, and in order to avoid overdue fees, please be careful on the deadline for returning your documents. The due date for the loan of documents can be consulted at any time via your account ("Login" menu).
• A return box will be at your disposal in Building A, on the ground floor.
• It will also be possible to return your documents to any other sites of the UNIGE Library.

During this period, the pick up location « ±«²Ô¾±Ìýµþ²¹²õ³Ù¾±´Ç²Ô²õ – Arve & BattelleÌý» will not be available in Swisscovery. It will therefore not be possible to order documents to the CUI, coming from DBU or other libraries within SLSP network. Nevertheless, these services remain available on the other sites of UNIGE Library and you can continue to use them by choosing another pick up site than «ÌýUni Bastions –Ìý Arve & BattelleÌý» (and therefore by going yourself on the other site of the UNIGE Library to pick up the requested documents)
