MOOC on Global Health at the Human Animal Ecosystem Interface

With a highly interdisciplinary and international approach and with more than 30 experts from 20 institutions including the AV¶ÌÊÓÆµ, Institut Pasteur, AV¶ÌÊÓÆµ of Montreal, World Health Organisation etc., this MOOC addresses over 5 weeks some major current challenges in Global Health at the Human-Animal-Ecosystem Interface: Zoonotic emerging infections, antimicrobial resistance, rabies, snakebite etc. are extensively covered bringing some of the latest scientific evidence, concepts and tools.

This MOOC stresses on the importance of cross-sectoral approaches such as One Health, Eco-Health and Planetary Health in the SDGs era and will set an interesting ground for innovative thinking and discussions between students and experts from very different fields. It is open and free to follow, and available in English, French and Chinese, for the first time at the AV¶ÌÊÓÆµ!

This MOOC was produced in partnership between the AV¶ÌÊÓÆµ, Institute Pasteur and its global network, the Centre Virchow-Villermé for Public Health Paris-Berlin/±«²Ô¾±±¹±ð°ù²õ¾±³Ùé Paris Descartes, AV¶ÌÊÓÆµ of Montreal, and thanks to the excellent contribution by experts from other institutions based in Geneva and beyond.
